Responsibilities
- Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
- Build and sustain clients through calls, correspondence, presentations, and the designing of solutions including after Sales service.
- Proactively identify new potential clients and initiate follow up, close the sales, within the assigned region.
- Identify new avenues and prospects for the sale of company products and arrange for presentations.
- Prepare and make a report on market analysis, competitor analysis and market trends.
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends.
- Prospect for new business and manage customer follow-up system.
- Achieve the set monthly targets.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services.
- Find potential customers through networking, cold calling, and industry research to increase sales.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as
needed, and including collection. - Use Customer Relationship management tools – CRM, ERP
- Maintain key relationships as stipulated on the “List’
Key Performance Indicators
❖ Achievement of set targets
❖ Onboarding of new panel for all our products
❖ Maintaining good working Relationship with our partners
❖ Maintaining a healthy all products pipelines – opportunities in ERP
❖ Customer discussions and engagements on ERP
❖ Adherence to sales process
❖ Sales conversion rate – minimum 20% of the total opportunities
❖ New business acquisition
❖ Average deal size rate – number and size of fleets closed/ onboarded.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Formal Education and Professional Qualifications:
- Higher Diploma or Degree preferably in Business Related course with sales and marketing aspects
- 2 Years’ experience in a Sales
- Strong business acumen. Must demonstrate commercial orientation.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to surpass sales targets, create business relationships and close big accounts.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
