Key deliverables typically include:
- Financial reporting: Prepare, review, and present financial statements and management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Financial planning and analysis: Develop budgets and forecasts; analyze financial trends to inform business strategy and support decision-making.
- Cash flow management: Ensure the company maintains healthy liquidity for daily operations and future obligations, including overseeing accounts payable and receivable.
- Risk management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial risks to safeguard company assets and profitability.
- Regulatory compliance: Maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements, acting as the main point of contact for audits.
- Strategic financial advice: Advise leadership on financial strategy, investment decisions, and optimal allocation of resources.
- Team leadership: Oversee and develop the finance team, ensuring effective implementation of finance procedures and controls.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics is essential.
Specialized certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
(optional) Master’s degree (preferably an MBA with a finance focus, or a Master of Science in Finance) is a strong advantage, especially for leadership roles.
Professional Experience
At least 5 years of proven experience in financial roles, including time spent as a financial analyst, accountant, or similar positions.
Experience in the fleet, logistics, or transport sector is a major plus, as it provides industry-specific insights necessary for strategic decision-making.
